Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods:

• that are not prefabricated,

• whose production is determined by individual choice or specification by the consumer, or

• that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

This particularly applies to custom-made and individually manufactured products.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., letter, fax, or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method for reimbursement as you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged fees for such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

Returning the Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

Costs of Returning the Goods
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer unless the delivered goods are defective or damaged.
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to inspect their condition, properties, and functioning.

Return Labels
Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we can provide you with free return labels for returns within Germany. The return label will be included with your shipment. You can drop off the return at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany.
