1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers within the meaning of the German Civil Code (BGB) via the online shop of Cemrea Bridal Artistry. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via e-mail.
We reserve the right to correct errors in the online shop and to reject orders in the case of obvious mistakes.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are final prices. According to the small business regulation under §19 UStG, no VAT is charged or shown. In addition to the indicated prices, shipping costs may apply unless explicitly stated as free of charge.
Available payment methods: PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, bank transfer (IBAN), and other payment methods listed on the website.
Payment is due immediately upon ordering unless otherwise agreed.
In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. Any additional costs incurred will be listed separately.
Secure Payment Processing:
All payment transactions on our website are processed securely using industry-standard encryption methods. We use Stripe’s advanced security infrastructure, which complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Your sensitive payment information, such as credit card numbers and personal data, is transmitted securely and stored with the utmost care.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery times are indicated on the respective product page. If an ordered product is unavailable, we will inform the customer immediately and refund any payments already made without delay.
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods passes only upon delivery to the consumer or a person designated by them.
Shipping costs are displayed on the respective product page. Any additional costs incurred will be shown separately.
We reserve the right to make partial deliveries if reasonable for the customer.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made. The customer is obliged to handle the goods carefully and inform third parties about the retention of title.
7. Warranty (Liability for Defects)
The statutory warranty rights apply.
For consumers, the statutory warranty rights apply.
For contracts with entrepreneurs, warranty rights are limited to defects that were demonstrably present at the time of transfer of risk. Complaints must be made in writing immediately after discovery of the defect.
8. Liability
We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health caused by intentional or negligent breaches of duty.
We are also fully liable for other damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. In the case of simple negligence, we are only liable for damages arising from the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In this case, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
Liability for lost profits or other indirect damages is excluded as far as legally permissible.
9. Right of Withdrawal

Return Costs:
The direct costs of returning goods are borne by the consumer unless the delivered goods are defective or damaged. Any loss in value of the goods must be borne by the consumer only if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to check the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.
Product Availability and Color Deviations:
Some products are available exclusively online and in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit the sale of products.
The product images displayed on our website serve for visual representation of the products and may be technically or aesthetically optimized. Due to lighting conditions, screen settings, or photographic adjustments, slight deviations between the product images and the actual delivered product may occur.
Such minor deviations do not constitute a defect as long as the essential characteristics of the product are maintained.

Personal data collected during the ordering process is used exclusively for contract processing, delivery, invoicing, and customer communication.
11. Contract Language and Contract Text Storage
The contract language is German. We do not store the contract text. Order data and the GTC are sent to the customer via e-mail and can be stored there.

13. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, void, or legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
14. Contract Language
The contract language is German. All communication and contract texts are in German.
15. Payment Processing and Security
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems. We reserve the right to refuse or withhold payments in case of suspected misuse.
16. Amendments to the GTC
We reserve the right to change parts of the GTC at any time. Changes are published on the website and apply to all users from that point forward. It is the responsibility of users to stay informed about changes.
